For beginners, we recommend our Mix N Match Program. This program features 30-45 minute classes that provide you with enough time to learn and build your foundation. Our trainers will guide, correct, and support you throughout the workout, ensuring you progress at your own pace.
Yes, you’ll need to register and schedule yourself for the specific class time at least 4 hours prior to the start of class. Simply sign up through our app or website to secure your spot!

Starting out, we recommend attending 2-3 classes per week to build a solid foundation. However, depending on your availability and fitness level, you could increase your attendance up to 6 classes per week.
